A Glimpse Into the Memories of Dreamland

My dreams prove to be difficult to remember in their entireties. Often fleeting and non-linear anomalies, these aspects of life have perplexed me since childhood. The fractured, elusive memories of dream environments are what I am recreating in this project. Loosely associated, sometimes in both content and form, the environments overlap one another, blurring the lines in between one scene and the next, and one dream to the next.  To show that loosely associated fluidity of dreams, I juxtapose images over one another, and add objects into scenes that may not seem to belong. These methods also show the surrealistic nature that dreams very often present.
